We Are Printing Semiconductors! Really?

Seems that the world first semiconductor printing machine has arrived. I’m talking about a machine that works like an inkjet printer, but it sprays silver on to a substrate in a pattern that creates the circuitry layout. Whoa! Now that is some impressive technology. It prints 100sm thick and can be 10 atoms wide. That’s right ATOMS! Just to give you an idea a human hair is measured at 50,000nm (nm = nanaometers or one billionth of a meter) nm are larger than sm.

Well, what will they use this for? The Compay, NanoIdent, nanoident says mostly for medicial science, security devices, and biometic locking devices.

Nanoident also claimed the ‘ink’ is absolutely 100 per cent environmentally friendly and has no waste. Because the precision used in the spraying process there is no extra product created. Well, seems if you able to get it down to 10 atoms wide you have got it worked out – No Waste.

I think that RFID technology and this company is a match made in the metavearse. I can see how “security” would get a real kick out of this new technology. Printed Semiconductors…We really are living in 2k….

Do you uTorrent?

The web has it perks when you go looking for information, but the entertainment industry has got a beast on its hand when Average Joe sets off to finding media. FREE!
Seem you can find just about any TV show, Movie, Music File and more just using a simple pieces of software and a well feed website that has millions of users lached onto it. Yes they are “latched” onto a torrent-site complete with open ports and terrabytes of media. Different sites use different names for those who are latched on. Seems pretty common to see those providing the streams of media labled “Seedlings or Seeders” and those that are pulling the media off the seeders are called Leechers or Peers. Now that you know it can be done (scraping media from all over the web to your hardrive) How do you do it?

I didn’t know which client to download, seems everyone but me is already wise to this technology, and what would be a good site to search for torrents on and what will I need to use to play the Torrents…. I consulted with a friend about what he uses. He is really into this stuff and always had a few fun URLs to share about where to find good free media outside of the normal channels like abc.com, nbc.com cnn.com and the like. uTorrent

My friend sends me over to Utorrent.com to dowload their client. This is the software you will need to download the torrent file format and then he said not to bother with going to individual torrent provider sites and use a mega Torrent Searc site instead. Well, who am I to not take his advice. So i plugged in the URL into me addressbar and clicked “GO”That Torrent Search site is aptly named TorrentScan

Lastly you will a player that can read the torrent file format. Just do a search for I found the vlc-0.8.6a-win32 to work great for my PC. Just do a search for it “vlc-0.8.6a-win32”
